What I’ve built and what it delivered.

How I approach a GTM problem: what was broken, what I built or changed, and what happened as a result.

Compete campaign: highest-performing globally, scaled to EMEA

The gap

Compete campaigns in enterprise marketing tend to default to feature comparisons delivered at one touchpoint. That approach rarely closes deals. Buyers have already seen the comparison table, and one message at the wrong moment doesn’t move them.

What I did

Built a coordinated, multi-touch campaign that introduced the commercial offer earlier in the journey rather than holding it as a last-resort close. Each touchpoint added a different angle: narrative, proof, urgency, commercial value. Sequenced across channels, not parallel sends.

What changed
Became the highest-performing compete campaign globally. Now being adopted across EMEA as standard best practice.
The response

When another region adopts your playbook without being asked, the model works. EMEA took the full approach and ran it without modification. That’s the clearest validation: it wasn’t a one-market fluke, it was a repeatable system.

How I use AI

The systems behind the work.

Most of what I’ve built runs on AI infrastructure I put together myself, grounded in trusted data, kept human where it matters, and packaged so the team can use it without me in the loop. The full write-ups, the principles behind them, and what they delivered live on the AI page.
